Terms and Conditions
- Minimum degree of damage to be assessed by an authorized lens professional to assess need for replacement.
- No change in script, or any other lens specifications allowed.
- Spare pairs are for one (1) pair of MiyoSmart (2x) lenses that can be redeemed within six (6) months of original invoice. Excludes frame.
- To qualify for the MiyoSmart Spare Pair, one (1) pair of MiyoSmart (2x) lenses must be purchased between 01st December 2023 to 31st December 2024.
- Spare pairs are intended for the purchaser of the first qualifying pair and cannot be transferred to another patient.
- Spare pairs can not be exchanged for cash, exchanged, or used as partial payment for other products.
- Own frame usage welcome at own risk, Vision Works not responsible for frame breakage, loss or lens fitting issues. Own frame needs to meet qualifying criteria.
- Eye exam, Frame and lens upgrades welcome at additional cost.
- Walk-ins are welcomed (subject to availability)
- Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
- All appointments are subject to availability and to the discretion of each Brand Partner.
- Should the patient require additional services, this shall be a separate transaction between the patient and the Vision Works branch/partner that may include an additional cost which shall be for the patient’s account.
- Promotion cannot be combined with any other frame or lens promotion.
- Available at participating stores only.
- Each store is owned and operated by an Independent Optometrist.
- Errors and omissions excepted.
