How does it work?

Shop online and select the click & collect delivery method when you check out.

After payment, you will receive an email confirming your order details and the store selected for the collection

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email telling you to come collect!

To collect your order in-store, simply present your email at the selected Vision Works store.

Please do not arrive in store to collect your order until you have received your confirmation as it may not be ready for collection.

You will order online per the checkout process and collect your parcel in one of our Vision Works stores. Extended lead times may apply

We reserve the right to change our lead times over high-volume periods. (subject to stock availability & public holidays).

You will be contacted via email once your purchase/s are ready to be collected. Should you not respond to the email or collect within 7 working days of delivery to selected store your order will be refunded.

Please do not come to the store without receiving a confirmation notification to come in-store to collect your purchase.

Full payment is required before delivery is couriered to the store. Alternatively, you can make use of our PayFlex portal for credit arrangements

The click & collect service is available at all Vision Works stores.

The click & collect service is FREE for orders over R150, otherwise, a standard collection fee of R15 applies.

The timing of delivery is dependent on your location. You will receive an email when your order has been
packed and is ready for quick collection in-store.
Delivery can take 3-5 business days

Yes, you can, but do note that Vision Works will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order,
which is not authorized to do so. To collect your order in-store, simply present your email at the selected Vision
Works store.

A full order refund will be issued should the investigation determine the outcome.

You can check your “Order Status” by following the link on your order confirmation email.
