2. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.
3. All appointments are subject to availability and to the discretion of each Brand Partner.
4. Should the patient require additional services, this shall be a separate transaction between the patient and the Vision Works branch/partner that may include an additional cost which shall be for the patient’s account.

7. Each store is owned and operated by an independent Optometrist.
