Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide at a flat rate of R80 via our courier partners.

Our average delivery timeframe is 3 – 5 working days (dependent on delivery location).

Certainly, as soon as we’ve processed your order, the courier will allocate a tracking number which will automatically be emailed to you. You will receive notifications from the courier company on the status of your order and you can track your order on the Vision Works Find My Order

It is important to supply the correct delivery address when placing an order, but in case you made a mistake, please email our team at shoponline@vision-works.co.za and we’ll try our best to assist.

Please email our team at shoponline@vision-works.co.za and supply us with images of the product and your Vision Works Order number. We will arrange collection from the delivery address free of charge.

Once the frame is received, we assess the condition and send you either a replacement item or proceed with the refund.  We request the refund through the Payfast Merchant which is finalised between 7-10 working days.

Please email our team at shoponline@vision-works.co.za and supply us with images of the product and your Vision Works Order number. We will arrange collection from the delivery address free of charge.
