concept of G-Star eyewear is expanded through a new range of product families.
One of the most exciting additions to the sunglass collection is high-performance base-4 lenses. Characteristically flat like the standard-setting base-2 lenses of previous seasons, these new lenses mean that G-Star Eyewear now has an option for every condition, from mild city sun to high UV settings. Visible functionality once again underscores the collection, in both ophthalmic frames and sunglasses. Even the most basic pieces have strong and resilient 5-barrel hinges, an iconic screw, perforated temple tips and industrial codes stamped on the outer
temples. The soft “GS” nosepad and the textured rim on metal frames reflect the true uniqueness of the collection.

The September 2015 collection introduces a wide range of new colour
combinations, with wearable front colours unexpectedly combined with
contrasting end tips. True to the identity of G-Star RAW, the colour palette takes inspiration from both the new apparel collections of the Brand and its most famous collaborations, first of all that with Vitra for the G-Star RAW Prouvé furniture collection. Army green goes now next to milk white, navy blue to butterscotch, burgundy to pumpkin.
