- This offer includes history and health questionnaire. Auto refractor evaluation. Visual acuity. Eye pressure test. Eye focusing ability evaluation. Slit lamp / microscope evaluation of the cornea, lids, and tear layer. Refraction. Pupil evaluation.Â
- If you choose to pay through your medical aid, medical aid rates will apply.
- Promotion cannot be combined with any other frame or lens promotion unless stipulated so.

- Should the patient require additional services, this shall be a separate transaction between the patient and the independent optometrist at theVision Works branch.  All additional charges shall be for the patient’s account.
